*Additional Time, Activities & Guests can be added using our add-ons tab when booking. Any parents entering the gym will be included in the guest count. Parents are only allowed to enter the gym if they are accompanied by a child that requires an aid. Children ages 4 and under may NOT participate or enter the gym for a NON-PRESCHOOL PARTY due to safety regulations. Children between the ages of 6-12 may NOT participate or enter the gym for a PRESCHOOL PARTY due to safety regulations. Please let us know at least 2 WEEKS in advance if you will have more than 30 kids. There is a late fee if we aren’t notified at least 2 weeks in advance. This ensures a safe child to coach ratio. Premium Parties are for groups of 15-40 kids. The Premium Party Room has a maximum capacity of 60 Guests. Please keep this in mind when booking.

The cut-off will be 12 kids between the ages of 5-12 for a gymnastics/ninja party or 10 kids between the ages of 2-5 years old for a preschool party. Children ages 4 and under may NOT participate or enter the gym for a NON-PRESCHOOL PARTY. Please let us know at least 2 WEEKS in advance if you will need to upgrade your party to accommodate more kids. There is a late fee if we aren’t notified at least 2 weeks in advance. This ensures a safe child to coach ratio. Standard Parties are for groups of 8-12 kids. The Standard Party Room has a maximum capacity of 24 Guests. Please keep this in mind when booking.
